1. Open your banking app (or log in to online banking).

2. Tap Send Money / Payments (wording varies by bank).

3. Select Interac e-Transfer.

4. Tap Send (not “Request”).

5. If asked to choose a contact, tap Add New Recipient / Add Contact.

6. Enter the recipient email: payments@drain1.ca

7. Enter the amount (deposit or invoice total).

8. Message / Note (Important): type your Invoice # (or your address) so we can match your payment quickly.

9. Security Question:

   • If you see “Security Question,” leave it blank or skip (Auto-deposit is enabled).

   • If your bank forces it, set any question/answer and include the answer in your message.

10. Review details and tap Send.

✅ Auto-deposit is enabled — payment is deposited instantly and no password is required.
